Internal Structural Alterations

Once our designer has completed his site survey and brings your dimensions to his drawing board, some of what you want to achieve may mean making some minor (and occasionally major) structural alterations.

This can be as simple as altering the hang of a door or where a window is sited. Occasionally it can mean altering internal wall layouts, or re-siting the plumbing for toilets or baths. We are not afraid to make these suggestions to you, as we are confident in our abilities to carry out this work on your behalf. If we need to employ the services of an outside contractor, you can be assured that we will project manage this part of the work to give rise to the minimum of disruption for you, and of course ensure that the work is carried out in a timely and complete way.

Minor repairs such as small areas of re-plastering we carry out ourselves. Studded areas (for the creation of a new shower enclosure for instance) are all part of the Langley Solution. We aim to build your room with the minimum of complication or involvement in the project management for you as possible. We aim to take the worry and headaches away.
